In our DPC model, our healthcare provider establishes a direct relationship with patients, offering primary care services for an affordable monthly membership fee. This arrangement allows for greater flexibility, longer appointment times, and a focus on preventative care.

NOTE: We do not provide emergency care, trauma care, pregnancy management, or chronic pain management. For emergencies, please call 911.
